We are getting ready to enter into 2009. My the time has flown. So many wonderful things have happened in 2008. As we prepare for the year ahead, please be sure to submit your requests for ministry dates well in advance so that we can block those dates for you, you and only you. Looking forward to seeing you and praising God with you in the days ahead. You can submit your request to the ministry via email by clicking the following link: LAArtMin@aol.com Please be sure to include the church/venue address, requested date, time, alternate dates, theme, conference host and/or pastor information. Once the date has been found to be open, LAAM will enter into a tentative agreement with your church/ministry. The date will be will be ONLY be considered OFFICIAL when: 1. LAAM officially consents to come. 2. LAAM is in receipt of your letter of confirmation on your official church/ministry letterhead. Your official letter of confirmation should include all pertinent information: 1. The name of the pastor/ministry head. 2. Date & Time of Service 3. Church/Venue Address with directions. 4. Event Theme and Scripture (if applicable) 5. Color scheme if applicable. LAAM is highly honored and deeply humbled to have been thought of by your ministry and we want flow with the anointing of the Holy Ghost and with the order set forth by your church/ministry.
